Paul Coutts Realtor undertook a difficult listing to market and sell several residential building lots close to down-town Santa Cruz. The lots had a creek running along the bottom and were steep from roadway to creek. Paul worked out several different marketing strategies for me to review and choose from. Paul worked diligently throughout the listing period which was relatively long. He also took the time to meet with the City building department so he could better assist and inform potential buyers and their agents. I am a retired realtor myself and I was more than happy Paul representing me in this transaction. The property has since sold and I can highly recommend Paul as a Listing agent.

I can’t begin to explain how wonderful it was to work with Paul. He helped my family sell our westside Santa Cruz home and surpassed our expectations. Beyond being a competent realtor and deep knowledge bank of the area, he wasn’t afraid to use some elbow grease and was more than happy to do whatever it took to get our house ready for sale.
